Woodside's creamy chevre with a hint of outback South Australian Saltbush.
Made from fresh local goat milk sourced from Towerview and Oskjberg goat dairies, which is pasteurised and set overnight. The following day, the curd is ladled into cheesecloth bags and allowed to delicately drain for several hours.
This product is pure with only a small amount of salt being added. A further draining process occurs for a period of ten days in a controlled environment before the cheese is lightly rolled in Saltbush flakes and allowed to rest for additional hours before packaging.
